The Hives have announced their upcoming seventh studio album, The Hives Forever Forever The Hives, set for release on August 29, 2025, via Play It Again Sam . This album follows their 2023 release, The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons .

The album features 13 tracks, including the lead single “Enough Is Enough,” which is accompanied by a music video directed by Eik Kockum and filmed in Bucharest . The full tracklist is as follows:

The album was co-produced by Pelle Gunnerfeldt and Mike D of the Beastie Boys, with contributions from Queens of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme . Recording took place at studios in Stockholm, including ABBA member Benny Andersson’s Riksmixningsverket and a facility used by Yung Lean and the YEAR0001 label .
