Forrest Frank, born on April 8, 1995, in Fulshear, Texas, is an American singer, songwriter, and producer renowned for blending genres like pop, hip-hop, lo-fi, and Christian music. He gained prominence as one half of the pop duo Surfaces, alongside Colin Padalecki. Their 2019 hit “Sunday Best” became a viral sensation, amassing over a billion streams on Spotify and charting internationally.

A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in business, Frank initially pursued music under the moniker “Forrest.” In 2023, he transitioned to releasing music under his full name, marking a shift towards more faith-centered content. His debut Christian single, “No Longer Bound,” a collaboration with rapper Hulvey, topped Spotify’s Viral 50 chart. 

Frank’s 2024 album, Child of God, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart, selling over 22,000 units in its first week. The album’s success was bolstered by tracks like “Good Day,” which won the 2024 GMA Dove Award for Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year. 

In 2025, he released the EP Amen, featuring songs such as “Your Way’s Better” and “Nothing Else.” These tracks were later included in his eighth studio album, Child of God II, which debuted at No. 3 on the iTunes U.S. albums chart.
