In the summer of 2023, Gordon broke out in a major way with the viral success of his single “Planet of the Bass”, a high-energy parody of 1990s European dance anthems. The song, produced by Brooks Allison and Jamie Siegel, officially released on August 15, 2023, and quickly became a cultural sensation for its pitch-perfect nostalgia and absurd humor.
