He began his career as a battle rapper and later formed the rap group The Bloodhoundz before gaining early recognition through solo mixtapes like Flamers 2. After a brief stint with T.I.’s Grand Hustle Records, he signed with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group in 2011, rising to fame with tracks like “Ima Boss” and his debut album Dreams and Nightmares (2012).
