About YTB Fatt

YTB Fatt, born Cavon Deshawn Paige on May 28, 2001, in West Memphis, Arkansas, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter who has rapidly ascended in the Southern hip-hop scene. He began experimenting with music at 16 but didn't pursue it seriously until he was 19. In 2019, he started releasing original songs, gradually building an audience. His breakthrough came in 2023 when he signed with Moneybagg Yo's Bread Gang Entertainment. That year, he released the single "Shot Off Gumbo," featuring Moneybagg Yo and Fat Wizza, which garnered significant attention and was included in Moneybagg Yo's Hard to Love mixtape.

YTB Fatt's music is characterized by a raspy Memphis drawl and a combative freestyle flow, blending Memphis grit with influences from Chicago drill and Detroit beats. His lyrics often reflect his personal experiences, including struggles with poverty and a past gambling addiction. In 2023, he released his debut mixtape, Who Is Fatt?, featuring tracks like "Had to Do It," "Vanish Mode," and "Poppin It Hard." The mixtape showcased his raw Southern sound and storytelling abilities.

Following his debut, YTB Fatt continued to release music, including singles like "Get Back," "Bet I Whip It" featuring Rob49, and "Calm It Down." In 2024, he released the mixtape On Zai, which was praised for its cutting street narratives and featured collaborations with artists like Lil Durk and Rylo Rodriguez. He also released the EP Fox Prelude and the mixtape Foxes Only, further solidifying his presence in the hip-hop community.

YTB Fatt's dedication to his craft and his ability to convey authentic stories have earned him a growing fanbase. He continues to work on new projects, aiming to create generational wealth for his family and achieve greater success in the music industry.
