Something Beautiful

​Miley Cyrus’s ninth studio album, Something Beautiful, is set to be released on May 30, 2025, through Columbia Records. This visual album comprises 13 original tracks and is executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett. The album blends various musical styles, including alternative R&B, soul, jazz, experimental rock, and psychedelic pop. Notable tracks include “Prelude,” a spoken-word piece with electronic elements, and “End of the World,” a disco-inflected pop anthem exploring themes of escapism. The album’s artwork, captured by photographer Glen Luchford, features Cyrus in archival 1997 Thierry Mugler couture, reflecting the project’s bold aesthetic and visual storytelling. An accompanying visual film, described as a “pop opera,” is set to premiere in June 2025, further enhancing the album’s immersive experience.​
